We hope this page will give you all the
answers you need on how to use our site. We have tried to
answer frequently asked questions, but if you can't
find the answer to your particular query or problem, please

1. How do I upgrade my account?
Once you are logged in, go to 'my
account' from the panel on the left side of the page. There
will be a link, on this page, to upgrade your account. Once
clicked, you will be taken to our payment page. You can pay
for your upgrade via paypal. If you would prefer to pay via
bank deposit or money order, you will need to contact us. |

2. How much does
upgrading cost? Our monthly
charge is $14.95. If you would like to pay for a yearly
subscription, contact us. We will give you details on how to
pay. A yearly subscription is $149.99. (Remember for the
time being, it is FREE to upgrade, for one month. You do not
need to upgrade yourself. It will be done automatically.) |

3. I have paid to upgrade my account,
what happens now? Once we
receive notification of your payment, we will manually
upgrade your account. Normally this will happen within
an hour of receiving your payment. |

4. How do I contact other people?
There are two ways of
contacting other members. Firstly, you must be a full member
to use these features. Details on upgrading are above. a)
Open the 'my account' page. Here you will see a list of
'who's online'. Underneath the 'who's online' display box,
type in the username of the member you would like to
contact, (this must be a person who is currently online)
then type your message into the 'message to send' box. Press
send. This is a live conversation, much like messenger, but
a very basic way of contacting. We realise it is not
as fast as messenger, and doesn't have the same features,
but serves the purpose.
b) The second way is to email the
person you wish to contact. You can email a person whether
they are online or not. Click on the members' username to go
to their profile. You can either do this from the 'my
account' page if they have been online recently, or are
currently online. Otherwise use the 'match finder' page to
search for the member. Once you arrive at their profile
page, scroll to the bottom of the page, and just at the end
of their profile, click on the link that says 'Email
{member' name}' This message will go directly to the members
email address that they registered with. At no time will you
be able to see other members email addresses, and visa
versa. (unless you directly give it to them) |

5. I am being harassed. What can I do
about it? At no time do we
tolerate harassment. We want our site to be a happy social
place for people to meet and have fun, but also feel safe.
If you have a person who is harassing or menacing, or just
can't accept a 'no' answer, your first step is to add the
members username to your 'Block List' page, then, we would
appreciate an email to let us know of the situation, and any
proof you may have. If the harassment continues, we will
take appropriate steps in either warning, or removing the
member. |

6. Can I change my profile?
You may change your profile at any
time by going to the 'my profile' page. |
|
7. How do I load up my pictures?
We have a very simple system in
place, for uploading pictures. Go to your 'my pictures'
page, and click on browse. This will allow you to search for
a picture on your computer. Double click the picture you
want and it will enter it into the display box. Click
submit. Your picture should now be visible. To delete you
pictures simply select the picture and click delete. |

8. What is this picture rating about?
Once you have loaded up your
photos, other members are able to rate your picture. A
rating of 1 out of 10 is not so good, a rating of 10/10 is
fabulous and you are seen as being super hot! This is
all meant to be a bit of fun, and not taken too seriously. I
expect you all to rate me a 10/10 !! HaHa. |

9. How many pictures can I load up?
At the moment we have it set to
10 pictures per profile. We will review this from time to
time to make sure it is sufficient. Please remember:
everyone can see the pictures you load up, so please be
careful. |

10. I want to link to your site.
Click on the 'link to us' at
the bottom of our pages. Follow the instruction once you get
there. We also offer paid advertising. Click on the
advertise with us link. |

11. Can I have more than one profile?
We realise that everyone's
circumstances are different, so we are happy for you to have
more than one profile, as long as they are genuine. For
example, we realise you may want one profile as searching
for a life long partner, and then one profile to search for
dates until the perfect person comes along. Or you may be a
couple who meet people together, as well as separately. In
this case it would be ok to have a profile for just you, and
then one for you and your partner, together. |
